Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Mousa Dembele is flying to China to complete a move away from the Premier League club, according to reports.
Dembele, the Belgium international, is expected to join Beijing Guoan over the coming days in deal that could allegedly be worth up to £11million.
And football.london say he has now left England to finalise his move with Tottenham willing to sell Dembele this month rather than lose him for free in the summer.
It is reported he flew to Hong Kong from Heathrow on Monday morning.
Dembele himself wants the move to the Chinese Super League to extend his playing career; beset by injuries over the past couple of seasons, the 31-year-old wishes to play in a less physical division.
The former Fulham midfielder has managed just 13 appearances this season, and he hasn’t featured since November due to an ankle issue.
